Associação para o Crescimento Sustentável de Palma

The Palma Association for Sustainable Growth (ACSP) is a key player in promoting stability and enhancing the well-being of communities in the region surrounding Palma. We achieve this through job creation initiatives in local companies and the implementation of projects aimed at economic and social development.

ACSP is comprised of a group of individuals, predominantly Mozambican, who are dedicated to the development of the Cabo Delgado Province and the economic growth of Palma. The Association was established by African Century Mozambique to consolidate its social investment and maximize the impact of its social projects. African Century has been present in Palma since 2012 and its expertise and infrastructure have made it one of the most successful companies in the region. The partnership between African Century, its infrastructure in Palma, and ACSP's social development initiatives is unparalleled, making it more effective in promoting social development than other international organization.

We have adopted African Century's philosophy, which emphasizes local employment, skills training, and long-term investment in the communities in which we operate. This approach has proven to be successful in improving the education, living standards, and governance processes of local communities and Mozambicans.
